How much does delivery cost?

Is a signature required for my delivery?
For security reasons and to ensure the delivery reached the recipient, a signature may be required on receipt.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items may be refunded but the refund will be the discounted price and not the original price.
Can I return an online order in store?
Any orders made online which you would like to return, need to be returned to the online returns address provided and not to a store.
How do I return or exchange unwanted items?
To return an item, fill out the returns form on your delivery note marking the items to return, reason for returning and whether you’d like to exchange or a refund.
How long do I have to return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery.
Will my postage be refunded if I return all the items from my order?
Delivery charge is only refunded under cancelled orders before the item was shipped out, or if all items were faulty.

How long does it take for you to refund me if I return some items?
Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns. You should receive an email once it has been processed.

How do I find out about the style, fit or fabric of an item?
Once you enter the product page, each item has its own ‘product details’ within which you can see specific dimensions and sizes etc.
How can I choose the best size for me?
The Aab website provides a detailed size guide which consists of body measurements for each size and product type. You can access the size guide at the bottom of any page on the website, or you can access it from product pages.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Klarna and Maestro debit & credit card payments.

I didn’t recieve an order confirmation
If you place an order and receive a payment confirmation but not an order confirmation, kindly contact us (preferably a phone call) so we can resolve the issue.

If I forget my account password, what do I do?
When signing in, click ‘forgotten your password’ and you will be sent an email giving you the ability to reset your email.
How safe will my personal data be?
Aab UK takes full responsibility to prevent loss or misuse of personal information. The information is stored on secure servers.
Does my gift card have an expiry date?
The expiry date of the gift card varies based on the type of gift card it is. On average it can vary between one and three months. You will receive this information once you acquire gift card.
Can I get cash back from my gift card?
Cash backs are not available from gift cards.
What are the terms and conditions for a gift card?
All of the credit on the gift card or credit note is required to be used in one transaction. An online gift code cannot be used in store.
